The 2018 harvest at Fazenda Caxambu and Aracaçu exceeded all expectations. The coffees presented exceptional quality, and once again the Farm has managed to consolidate an incredible production. Outstanding yields are the results of an orchestrated work that involves the best cultivation techniques, crop management practices, and a commitment of all employees, who dedicate themselves daily to their work. “Our legacy and great effort are not only having few specialty coffees, but also being a Farm that produces special coffees with consistency. Furthermore, we guarantee to our commercial partners that each year they will find increasing quality in our coffees, because we are always trying to surprise and delight them. This is our focus!", said Ucha, farmer and manager. In order to meet the standards of international customers as well as the Brazilian costumers, the manager always seeks to produce differentiated coffees, using new fermentation techniques and innovative research, as well as new cultivars.
